ZOLL Honored for World-Class Customer Service and Exceptional Support

August 3, 2015–For the 14th consecutive year, ZOLL has been honored with a NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for achieving excellence in technical service and support. ZOLL was the only company recognized by the Omega Management Group Corp. for 14 years of exceeding customer expectations. The award has been presented annually since 2000 to companies, as rated by their own customers, that exceeded expectations in customer satisfaction during the previous calendar year.

In a second category, ZOLL was also recognized by Omega as a seven-time recipient of a NorthFace Scoreboard Award for excellence in customer service.

Additionally, ZOLL received Premier Inc.’s Supplier Legacy Award for operational excellence. This achievement honors long-standing contracted suppliers that support Premier members through exceptional local customer service and engagement, value creation through clinical excellence, and commitment to lower costs. Premier is an alliance of 3,400 U.S. hospitals and 110,000 clinical providers who seek to improve the way care is delivered to patients nationwide.
